That's a much better looking room now! Well done on the room clean up and re-vamp. I went through a similar process recently when I reclaimed the guitar room I'd previously lost to the family's new dog. In the end, having a good guitar room is worth the effort.

I have the same problem. Apparently, my 5 watt amp is just fine at 7:30 PM, but completely unacceptable at 9:00 PM.

I hate practicing with headphones, but after Deb and the kids go to bed, IRIG is pretty much my only option if I want to plug in.

I'm hopeful!

I think a lot of us have issues with noise either from the family or disturbing them when we want to play. At least if you can get them out of the house you could fit a whole band in there.

I already thought the room looked beautiful when I first saw the photos in FB but looking at the state of the room earlier I must say you have put in a lot of elbow grease here. Makes me feel guilty on putting the same effort in my apartment :( :)

Looks like a great room Pappy! I know what you mean about the toy explosion my daughter's room seems to end up like that every day, it's a constant battle to keep tidy! I also know how hard it is not being able to plugin at night, my wife seems to have super-hearing and even complains if I use headphones in the house. At least I have my office to retreat to but most the time I want to practice while I watch TV! Frustrating.
